Idea Management - First Workflow

As a result of my research, I have set up a short workflow to briefly explain my view on the idea management:

Of course this is only a very simplify workflow which, for example, does not include any Idea Risk Management. This would be extended in the future version. This anyway shows the importance of an integrated Idea Management system in order to stimulate the idea creation. Most of all this would enable any organization to share effectively ideas.
